Return and Refund Policy

Eligibility for Return
We gladly accept returns on:
- Unused and unopened products in original packaging
- Within 7 days of delivery
If the seal is broken or the product has been used, we unfortunately cannot accept a return β unless there is a genuine concern or dissatisfaction, in which case we will assess the issue with compassion and fairness.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
- Email us at iibdaeielaris7@gmail.com with your order number.
- Mention the reason for the return and attach clear photos if needed.
- Our team will guide you through the process within 24 hours (MonβSat, 10AM to 6PM, PKT).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you via email.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5β7 working days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer, mobile wallet, or another convenient method discussed during the return process.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Orders placed more than 7 days ago
